1. Our 30-Day Returns Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period at [email protected].

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with their original packaging

2. Return Shipping — Who Pays?

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items — We Pay

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Simply email contact@funonesies.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue

We’ll arrange the return and either issue a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind or Unwanted Items — Customer Pays

If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want your item, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days.

In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

3. Eligible Reasons for a Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are available for:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective (prepaid return label provided)
  • Wrong item received (prepaid return label provided)
  • Change of mind (customer pays return shipping)
  • Order lost in transit (full refund or replacement — no return required)

4. Non-Eligible Reasons

The following situations are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day return period
  • Minor color differences caused by monitor or mobile screen settings
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email contact@funonesies.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The email address used for your order
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims)

We aim to respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Fun Onesies order arrives damaged or defective, please contact contact@funonesies.com as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow up to 40 business days from the dispatch date before reporting it as lost.

Once confirmed, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund.

No return is required for lost orders.

9. Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you remain entitled to the remedies provided under UK consumer law, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
